Gary Caplan is a highly respected civil litigation lawyer in Toronto, specializing in complex commercial and insurance disputes. With over four decades of experience, Gary combines deep litigation expertise with advanced skills in mediation and arbitration, offering clients strategic, efficient, and fair solutions.

Gary is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. His litigation practice covers a wide range of commercial and insurance matters, including defence and subrogation claims, shareholder disputes, real estate conflicts, and professional liability cases.
